We will always contact you prior to delivery, providing a date and time slot, so you know exactly when to expect your products.

Handling Time, Transit Time, and Order Cut-Off Time

  • Handling Time: 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.
  • Transit Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM GMT (GMT – London).

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and the selected shipping method. Delivery windows may extend during busy periods or public holidays.

Delivery Terms

We use standard shipping methods to deliver your products.

Delivery Partners:

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners: SWL Logistics, DPD Local, Montgomery amongst other partners.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details with DPD and or an ETA track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Damages

We kindly request that you check every item carefully when it is delivered. We suggest that you refuse delivery of any damaged goods. In order for us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf if you find that an item has been damaged, kindly email info@peedeepets.com with clear images of the damaged items.

Missing Parts

Please contact us at info@peedeepets.com if it looks like any parts are missing from your item so we can help you further with the problem-solving. Please be sure to provide the item name, code, and the part you think is missing when getting in touch with us.

Incorrect items

If you could send us a photo of the wrong item you received, we’ll make arrangements for it to be returned and send you the right one instead. We are unable to reimburse you for shipping expenses if you decide to return an item on your own.

Change of Address

Once the delivery address is in route, we are unable to change it. Within 24 hours of placing your order, send us an email at info@peedeepets.com if you need to amend the delivery address.
